Roosevelt Rehab Hosts Farm to Table Event for Northeast Philadelphia Community

Roosevelt Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Northeast Philadelphia recently hosted a Farm to Table event, giving attendees — including Northeast Adult Day Care — bags of fresh summer produce as part of its community outreach. The skilled nursing center also held a Kona Ice visit for the Northeast Older Adult Center and plans to host a community block party on Aug. 30. Roosevelt offers post-hospital care, rehab, and long-term care, and recently completed a major modernization featuring a new rehab gym, ADL suite, and in-facility dialysis unit.
