Welcome Dr. Joby Jacob, The New Medical Director

Dr. Joby Jacob has been appointed as the medical director of Roosevelt Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in northeast Philadelphia. The 240-bed skilled nursing facility offers post-hospital care, short-term rehab, and long-term residential care. Dr. Jacob, a native of northeast Philadelphia, specializes in geriatric medicine, hospitalist medicine, and preventative care, and he is affiliated with First Docs. Roosevelt is currently undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation and modernization, including the addition of a state-of-the-art rehab therapy gym.
